Photos: Corp Members Get Abused All In The Name Of NYSC In Nassarawa State

Here's a mail I just received. I will let you guys read what the sender wrote.
It's really saddening though.

Hi Laila, am an angry citizen dat is scared for the youth of our country. This pic I sent you happend in Nasarawa State NYSC camp today Tuesday. They were punished for coming late. Frog jump with ur box on ur head???
What rubbish. Frog jump alone makes one dizzy, think about it with a heavy box on your head after you've trekked from the gate to the camp ground wher this punishment is taking place.  Some of them must hav travelled from far to Nasarrawa in that hot northern sun.

This is just wrong and inhuman!!

Well, guess what.
The corpses of the children have been found - in an abandoned vehicle, two houses away from their parents’ home on Taike Street.

Pension Thief John Yahaya Yusufu Slumps In Court

Convicted police pension thief, John Yahaya Yusufu, who is being prosecuted by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC)  on an alleged false declaration of assets, yesterday slumped in the dock while his trial was in progress before a Federal High Court in Abuja.

Recall that Yusufu was convicted last month by an Abuja High Court for stealing N27 billion in pension funds and was sentenced to two years imprisonment or pay N750,000 as fine. A punishment that was widely condemned by Nigerians. EFCC later on rearrested him.
