Producer and singer OJB Jezreel was weeks ago diagnosed of kidney issues.

Last time I spoke with his manager Taiye, he told me OJB had only gone for a checkup, that he was fine.
But right now, he urgently needs to get a transplant, worth $100,000.

Ex Police Officer On The Run After Brutally Macheting Wife (Photo)

POLICE in Ondo State are on the trail of an ex-police officer, Tajudeen Adeniyi, over an attempt to kill his wife, Moyosola by macheting her, inflicting a 10-centimetre deep gash on her head.

The 38-year-old suspect took to his heels immediately he inflicted the injury on his wife who has four children for him.

Narrating her ordeal to newsmen on her hospital bed, yesterday, Moyosola said her husband abandoned the house for another woman since November 2012.
Only to invade her apartment at Plaza area of Akure at about 11 p.m on Wednesday and attacked her.

OAU Authorities Say Student Didn’t Attempt To Flush Baby


 
In a statement signed by Biodun Olanrewaju, Obafemi Awolowo University's Public Relations Officer (PRO), on Thursday, the school described the report that their student tied to flush away her newborn as incorrect.

As gathered, Rotimi Oyinlola Diana, 22, is a 300L student of Agricultural Extension and Rural Development.
The Omole estate student-resident in Mayfair explained that she was on campus on that day to squat with her friend for who resides in Moremi, Block B, room 103 for an examination she was supposed to have at 8a.m that morning.

Getting to campus late at night on Tuesday, it was learnt through the University’s Chief Security Officer (CSO), Mr. Paul Ogidi, that she could not immediately get herself something to eat but later resolved to buy beans cake within the hall premises.

Generator fumes kill family of 7 in Delta




A family of seven have died in a mysterious circumstance at Agbor, Delta State.

The victims, a retiree of the Nigerian Army, Mr Jacob Ikenchukwu Obuteh, five of his children and a young man believed to be a boyfriend of one of the daughters were found lifeless in their Ime Obi village in Agbor, last Tuesday.

Among them were three kids between the ages of two and three years, grand children of the retired soldier.
