Should a Lady Be Sent Out of Church if Her Dress is too Short? Read Jumai's Story

So, earlier on today, On-Air TV Personality for MNET Jumai Shaba shared her story on Twitter. And according to her, she was asked out of a church today by an usher cos her dress (pictured above) was too short. Jumai argued that she just saw another lady walk in in a 'sexier' outfit but the usher maintained her grounds.

Jumai believes it's not what you wear to church that matters, she says more emphasis should be spent on winning souls as opposed to discouraging people from coming in to worship God. She actually converted from Islam to Christianity two years ago.

Read her tweets after the cut (from the very bottom to the top) and let's read what you think.  Do you think the usher should have made her seat at the back of the church or send her out completely?

Paula Patton Says Robin Thicke Won't Get Her Back by Crying

Somehow, I found this funny and it reminded me of Toke's YouTube video 'Signs that a woman is fed up'.

Days after celebrity couple Robin Thicke and wife Paula Patton officially announced they were separated, Robin Thicke took to crying on stage during his performances, to tell the world about his love for Paula and his determination to win her back. But sources just told TMZ that Robin can cry all he wants on stage about his love for Paula Patton but it's not going to change her mind about leaving him.

Sources connected with the couple told TMZ that Paula is unimpressed with Robin telling both TMZ and thousands of concertgoers he's trying to win her back.  Although she told him she wants a divorce, she hasn't hired a divorce lawyer yet and she's open to reconciliation.

BUT.... before she takes him back, Robin has to prove his loyalty to her by his actions. TMZ reports Paula is keeping tabs on him at his concerts, watching who he hangs with, which parties he attends -- especially the after parties -- and what photos surface. Paula knows photogs have their cameras trained on Robin, and she views the paparazzi as her private detectives.

Kcee is very Angry with Bloggers for Spreading Rumours that Ebube Nwagbo has Moved in with Him

Limpopo crooner, Kcee, isn’t a pleasant customer to run into, right now. The singer is as much in a foul mood as a bear with a boil. Ever since the rumour went viral that his old flame, Nollywood actress, Ebube Nwagbo had moved into his Lekki residence, he has been looking forward to having a word with someone and Vanguard's encounter with him on Thursday, according to Vanguard, was anything but friendly.

Vanguard reports that a very vexed Kcee addressed the rumour, saying:

"Personally, I don’t have anything to lose by these rumours. I just feel for Ebube. She keeps crying, telling people that I’m the one spoiling her name, because she believes I’m behind the rumours. But it’s not me, I don’t have to spoil anyone’s name. Her mother even called me, crying, telling me to let her daughter be. They think I’m the one sponsoring all the rumours, but why should I do that? I know someone is behind all this. All these things they say are false, it’s not nice. In fact, I just spoke with my wife, she just left the country last week. She’s not based in Nigeria”.

Kcee maintained he never moved into any home at Chevron Estate, Lekki, with Ebube Nwagbo.

“Now they’ve said Ebube moved into my house at Lekki. But here I am at Omole, thank God you met me here. So it’s not fair, journalists and bloggers should stop destroying people’s images with the kind of stories they write” he thundered angrily.

Nigerian gets Convicted in South Africa after He's Caught Cheating in Pilot’s License Exam

A Nigerian, Sopuruchi Amadi, now faces four years in jail in South Africa for cheating in an examination to procure a pilot’s license. TheNation reports that the convict was not sure he would pass the required exam, so he got his friend to write the exam for him, using forged documents. The impostor passed the exam, according to reports from South Africa.

Sopuruchi Amadi from Nigeria and Nedsun Likhunya from Malawi both had private pilots’ licenses and had gone to Port Elizabeth for further training. Amadi wanted a commercial licence, but was uncertain he would pass the exam, so he asked Likhunya to write it for him. He gave him his private pilot’s license and Likhunya altered it by replacing Amadi’s photograph with his own. Likhunya then wrote the exam posing as Amadi. Investigators were suspicious, and while the impostor was writing the examination with about 10 others, they set background checks in motion and found that he was not the man he said he was.

Both men were charged under the civil aviation laws in the Port Elizabeth Magistrate’s Court and found guilty on several charges. Likhunya was sentenced to one year in jail on a charge of forgery and three years for contravening various civil aviation regulations. The court also ordered that his private pilot’s licence be cancelled. Amadi, who had asked him to write the exam on his behalf, was found guilty of contravening several civil aviation regulations and sentenced to three years jail or a fine of R10,000. Two of the three years were suspended for five years.

Poppy Khoza, director of the SA Civil Aviation Authority, welcomed the conviction and said the two men “seemed to be oblivious of the fact that in the aviation industry, there is absolutely no room for error” as this has led to the loss of lives. Although Likhunya passed the exam, posing as Amadi, this would not have enabled Amadi to fly a commercial airline. Pilots need other requirements, such as an air transport pilot’s licence and many flying hours before they can take control of a commercial aircraft.

Dillish & I are not Dating For Now - Flavour

Nigerian singer, Flavour, has in a new interview with Encomium Magazine clarified his relationship with BBA the Chase winner Dillish. Their recent cozy pictures which both parties shared on Instagram had sparked rumours that they may be dating after Dillish's ex boyfriend Stephen confirmed they were no more together. But Flavour says his relationship with Dillish is purely professional, at least for now.
Flavour said:

"It’s just a professional picture. For now there is nothing between us. She featured in my video and I went to pick her at the airport and also hosted her. That’s it.  I wonder why they are spreading the falsehood all over the net. We are not kids and if there is something between us, why hide it? It’s strictly professional for now.”

I don’t Believe God Created Man & Woman to be Equal in Any Way - Omotola

Award-winning actress and one of TIME 100 most influential persons, Omotola Jalade Ekeinde, in a new interview with Punch revealed she does not believe in gender equality, that men and women were not created by God to be equal in any way.
Excerpt:

How can a woman have a successful marriage?

Omotola: I don’t believe in gender equality. I do not believe that God made man and woman to be equal in any way. I believe that in every organised institution, there is always a head and an assistant. It doesn’t mean that one should take the other for granted, or disrespect the other. I believe the husband is the head of the home and the wife is an assistant. My husband is a pilot, I have flown with him several times and I understood that there is a captain and a co-pilot. They are both responsible for the passengers’ lives. But when there is a final decision to make, it is up to the captain to make it. He is more experienced and the one with the responsibility. But any mature captain will not ignore his co-pilot because the co-pilot is not a cabin attendant. He is there for a reason. It just depends on how you understand and play your roles.

I believe women should understand this. When a woman starts a struggle for power tussle with him, it tends to cause friction in the home. The woman should give the man the respect as the head of the home and also prove herself as a worthy co-pilot. He needs to see you as a reliable co-pilot. Sometimes, he may not be the one running the house day-to-day, you are the one to take decisions but you have to do it in such a manner that he is comfortable enough to see you as someone he can rely on.

When you have a proud and egocentric husband, hand him over to God. If you feel like your life is being threatened, or that of your children, get yourself out of that situation. You owe your children that. Try separation for a while, but before that, you must have tried other things.

I do not believe that people should throw in the towel in their marriage at every flimsy excuse. You must have been a diligent wife and tried prayers and intervention. If all those fail, then you can remove yourself from that situation. Also, couples should be friends and communicate. What we call love sometimes fizzles out. True love comes from friendship. When you don’t feel those initial sparks, friendship is what keeps you together, until when the spark comes again.
