It's been a beautiful day today. One more day, I'll be 30 and hubby decided to take me to Dubai for a lil getaway. I'm excited, I'm happy, I'm thrilled. No kids on board, so you can imagine. lol. I've prayed for a safe flight, see you when we touch down, sweethearts. Love you all.

Scores of soldiers have been killed by Boko Haram in Borno State in the last few months, and many blame the inferior weapons Nigerian troops are equipped with to fight brutal insurgents. The police in Ekiti State have found the father of the Ekiti missing twins after they launched a manhunt for him on Saturday, following the discovery of the body of Titilayo, his wife and mother of the twins. Read the story here if you missed it.
A statement by the Public Relations Officer of the Ekiti Police command, Mr Victor Babayemi, said:
“On Saturday, the police launched a manhunt for a man identified simply as Kola, after his wife was found dead on Saturday morning in their one-room apartment at Ajowa area of Ado Ekiti and their twin children delivered in the early hours of Friday are missing.

The Lagos State Police Command has arrested a man, Phillip Katongu, for allegedly stabbing his wife to death. Katongu, who hails from Wamba, Nasarawa State, was apprehended by operatives of the Department of Criminal Investigations, Yaba, Lagos.
The police said the victim, Justina, was stabbed to death in a street at Oniru Estate, Maroko, Lagos, where she and her husband were living. Katongu, who worked as a construction worker on the Victoria Island, had a wife outside the marriage in Nasarawa State before marrying the deceased.
45-year-old Katongu, told policemen that he killed his wife because she infected him with the Human Immunodeficiency Virus, among other misdeeds.
